Our conference brings together professionals across Indiana who are passionate about “Leading the Way: Advancing the Future of High-Quality Primary Care.” This theme focuses us on the fact that health centers are the cornerstone of primary care today and will be even more so in the future, regardless of the current environment, and that health centers must continue leading the transformation of health care in Indiana.
