Outreach and Enrollment Program Director
Jenny Walden, Indiana Navigator, CCAC, SHIP, CHW
Jenny Walden has over 25 years of benefit enrollment experience, including health, dental, retirement plans, and other employer benefit programs. Prior to joining IPHCA in 2018, Jenny spent 10 years developing Outreach and Enrollment teams within Federally Qualified Health Centers. Her expertise is supporting Outreach and Enrollment teams in health centers by using her knowledge of state and federally funded programs, such as HIP 2.0, Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, Marketplace, and SSI/SSDI.
Role at IPHCA
Maximizes Outreach and Enrollment (O&E) efforts throughout the state by developing partnerships and providing technical assistance.
Works with community and state partners to foster relationships that actively benefit IPHCA members.
Strengthens outreach and enrollment efforts of the CHCs by serving as an active liaison with consumer assistance groups.
Monitors successes and barriers to outreach and enrollment activities and reports trends to HRSA, CMS, HHS, and IPHCA members.
