Outreach and Enrollment Program Specialist
Jenny Walden comes to Indiana Primary Health Care Association with over 20 years of benefit enrollment experience, including health, dental, retirement plans, and other employer benefit programs. In the last 10 years, Jenny has developed Outreach & Enrollment teams within Federally Qualified Health Centers. She is looking forward to finishing her degree in Health Care Management and supporting Outreach and Enrollment in health centers by using her knowledge in state and federally funded programs, such as HIP 2.0, Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, and SSI/SSDI.
Role at IPHCA
Maximizes Outreach and Enrollment (O&E) efforts throughout the state by developing partnerships and providing technical assistance.
Works with community and state partners to foster relationships that actively benefit IPHCA members.
Strengthens outreach and enrollment efforts of the CHCs by serving as an active liaison with consumer assistance groups
Monitors successes and barriers to outreach and enrollment activities and reports trends to HRSA, CMS, HHS, and IPHCA members.
