June is LGBTQ+ Pride Month, a time to honor and celebrate the LGBTQ+ community. At IPHCA, we are steadfast in our commitment to advancing healthcare equity and inclusivity for all. We’re working on a new strategic plan which underscores this commitment to make healthcare a safe and affirming space for everyone.

Our new Board, elected at the Member Forum in May, will be instrumental in guiding this new initiative. You can meet them on pages 4-7.

The new strategic plan will be unveiled in full in July’s IPHCA Monthly

IPHCA 2024 Conference news  – We’re launching our Annual awards, nominations are now open!
Also – we’re reaching out for inspirational speakers to add their voice to the Conference theme of Whole Person care … see page 9.

• June is Men’s Health Month – time to support the men in your life to take better care of their physical and mental well-being
• Other observances this month include PTSD Awareness Month, Alzheimers Awareness, Migraine & Headache Awareness, and NRPA’s Family Health and Fitness Day.
