IPHCA Annual Conference 2024

IPHCA Annual Conference 2024 – Whole Person Care: A Sustainable Delivery System

In a world where total well-being is paramount, and as the organization is strategically focusing on supporting the transition to Value-Based Care through developing a Clinically Integrated Network, the Indiana Primary Health Care Association (IPHCA) is excited to invite you to our 2024 Annual Conference.

With the theme “Whole Person Care: A Sustainable Delivery System,” this event marks a significant milestone in advancing the discourse on comprehensive healthcare solutions that address the quality of total person health care for the diverse needs of individuals and communities.

What is whole person care?
Whole person care involves looking at the whole person—not just separate organs or body systems—and considering multiple factors that promote either health or disease. It means helping and empowering individuals, families, communities, and populations to improve their health in multiple interconnected biological, behavioral, social, financial, cultural, and environmental areas.
Instead of just treating a specific disease, whole person health focuses on restoring health, promoting resilience, and preventing diseases across a lifespan.

We extend a warm invitation to IPHCA 2024. Together, let us embrace the vision of whole-person care andwork towards a healthier, more vibrant future for all.

Ticket sales and exhibitor and sponsor sales are now open!

Visit our Conference pages to register to attend, or to sponsor or exhibit at the conference.

Don’t miss your chance to nominate for our Annual Awards
