INDIANAPOLIS (MARCH 11, 2021) The Indiana Primary Health Care Association (IPHCA) applauds yesterday’s passage of the $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan (ARP) in Congress. This legislation provides critical support for Indiana’s Community Health Centers (CHCs) as they mark the 1-year anniversary on the front-lines of a pandemic that has disproportionately impacted Hoosiers in the communities CHC’s serve.
