Exciting news! Congressman Larry Bucshon introduced the 340B ACCESS Act (340B Affording Care for Communities & Ensuring a Strong Safety-net Act). This legislation would make practical changes to ensure the 340B program fulfills its intended purpose of helping underserved communities by increasing access to affordable medicines and health care services. This has been a long time coming, and we’re thrilled the bill is finally here.
This is a huge milestone, and IPHCA is delighted to share and show support for the bill, and to thank Congressman Buschon for his leadership on this bill.
