Sean Herbold
Sean Herbold serves as Chief Financial Officer of the Indiana Primary Health Care Association, where he leads financial strategy, planning, and operations and advises executive leadership and the Board of Directors. He brings more than 15 years of experience across health care, nonprofit, private equity, manufacturing, construction, and complex multi-entity organizations.
Throughout his career, Sean has helped organizations shape financial strategy, evaluate risk and investment decisions, strengthen governance and performance, and build the financial and operational capacity to support sustainable growth. He brings financial discipline, sound judgment, and a practical business perspective to strategic decision-making.
Sean holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a BBA in Finance and Management from St. Edward’s University. He has served on several community organization boards and has a longstanding commitment to community service.
