Sean Herbold serves as Chief Financial Officer, where he leads the organizationβs financial strategy, planning, and operations in support of its mission to strengthen community health across Indiana. With more than two decades of experience in finance, accounting, and operational leadership, Sean brings a strategic, solutions-oriented approach to managing complex organizations and driving sustainable growth.
Throughout his career, Sean has held senior finance roles across various industries including health care, energy, construction, manufacturing, property management, and client service in non-profit, private-equity, and public environments, building a reputation for strengthening financial systems, improving operational efficiency, and supporting long-term organizational planning. His leadership focuses on aligning financial stewardship with mission impact, ensuring resources are managed responsibly while enabling innovation and growth.
Sean holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a BBA in Finance and Management from St. Edwardβs University. He has served on various community organization boards and is a long-term volunteer with Habitat for Humanity and committeeman of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
