Learning Collaborative on Integrating Diabetes and Oral Health

NNOHA is recruiting health centers to participate in a Breakthrough Series Learning Collaborative on Integrating Diabetes and Oral Health (IDOH) funded through NNOHA’s National Training and Technical Assistance Partnership with the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA).

The Learning Collaborative will take place from October 2023 to June 2024 with one in-person session and six virtual sessions.

The IDOH Learning Collaborative is an excellent opportunity for Federally Qualified Health Centers and Health Center Program Look-Alikes to apply quality improvement tools to expand and enhance oral health integration with primary health care, to deliver whole-person care, to increase the percentage of health center patients who receive both oral health and medical care, and to increase collaboration among medical and dental providers and staff.

Applications are due Tuesday September 12, 2023.
