Mary Westerbeck

Executive Assistant

Mary Westerbeck is a graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Retail Management. She began her career in sales, and spent ten years working for three fortune 500 companies. After taking a brief period to raise her family, she then worked with Lawrence Township for twelve years in various support-staff positions as assistant to the principal, and treasurer. Prior to joining IPHCA, Mary spent five years with IUPUI as senior administrative assistant to the associate dean of the Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. Mary chose IPHCA because she is passionate about IPHCA’s mission.

Role at IPHCA
Manages administrative functions that support the work of the CEO, Board of Directors and organization.
Provides quality customer service to IPHCA’s Board, Board Committees, members, partners and visitors to ensure a positive reputation of IPHCA.
Manages major projects such as the “Annual Review” publication and coordinates the Indiana delegation events during P&I.
Serves as Corporate Compliance Officer.
