Resource Development Program Director
Jing Xu is the Resource Development Program Director at IPHCA. Jing works to support the resource development program that promotes access to primary care across the state. His work focuses on developing new health centers, supporting health centers grant/fund development, providing health center board governance technical assistance, and collaborating with community stakeholders to improve access to primary care in Indiana. As a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Jing also works both internally and externally to support agile transformation.
Working with IPHCA since December 2015, Jing has experience with grant writing and development, as well as being an experienced HRSA grant reviewer. In addition, he has received a Certificate of Fund Raising Management at Lilly Family School of Philanthropy and a Certificate of Nonprofit Board Consulting at BoardSource. Jing received his Masters of Public Affairs in Nonprofit and Public Management at Paul H. O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University Bloomington, and Bachelor of Arts with High Honors in Political Science at Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada.
