Jing Xu is the Community Health Research Analyst at Indiana University School of Informatics and Computing—Indianapolis. Jing works with IPHCA to support the resource development program that promote access to primary care across the state. His work focuses on developing new health centers, supporting health centers grant/fund development, providing health center board governance technical assistance, and collaborating with community stakeholders to improve access to primary care in Indiana.
Working with IPHCA since December 2015, Jing has experience with grantwriting and development, as well as being a HRSA grant reviewer. In addition, he has received Certificate of Fund Raising Management at Lilly Family School of Philanthropy and Certificate of Nonprofit Board Consulting at BoardSource. Jing received his Masters of Public Affairs in Nonprofit and Public Management at Paul H. O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University Bloomington, and Bachelor of Arts with High Honors in Political Science at Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada.
