Assists IQIN (Indiana Quality Improvement Network) in wide range of projects scoping from data analysis, outreach, quality improvement initiatives, social determinants of health and administrative tasks.
Utilizes variety of software including Azara DRVS, Microsoft Office, and Constant Contact to deliver optimal results and completion of projects.
Collaborates with IQIN Staff on Virtual Care @ Home, Indiana State Department of Health Data Reporting, Transitions of Care Implementation, Azara DRVS Newsletter, PRAPARE, and Telehealth projects.
Maintains communications with Community Health Centers and key contacts.
