Cory Caldwell is a graduate of Valparaiso University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology with a minor in political science, as well as a Master of Health Administration degree. Prior to joining IPHCA, Cory served as a Quality and Risk Program Specialist at HealthLinc, a federally qualified health center located within northern Indiana. Cory also served as a Population Health Intern at HealthLinc with a focus on analyzing data relating to the organization’s Medicaid patient population. Within his current role at IPHCA, Cory will be assisting the IQIN staff with various projects aimed at increasing the use of health information technology and quality improvement efforts across participating health centers within the Indiana Quality Improvement Network (IQIN). Cory looks forward to working with the IQIN staff and partnering health centers.
