CHC Clinical Programs Manager
Carla Chance graduated in 1978 from Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. In 2008 she successfully completed the Community Health Center Executive Management Fellowship, and in 2014 she became a Patient-Centered Medical Home Certified Content Expert from the National Committee for Quality Assurance. Carla has worked as a hospital nurse and public health nurse. She has also worked at Anthem in a variety of positions including fraud and abuse investigator and nurse reviewer for the Cost Guard unit. In 1988 she was employed by Wishard Health Services (WHS) as a patient account auditor until she took a management position in the Quality Management Department. She has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare quality field. In 1998 she left WHS to take a position with the Indiana Primary Health Care Association where she has held several different positions and is currently CHC Clinical Programs Manager.
