Alison Cole

Alison joined IPHCA in November 2024 to work on the important issue of housing. Alison has spent her career working on public policy issues, with an emphasis on affordable housing.

Prior to joining IPHCA, Alison worked at the IN Department of Health, where she, along with a team of health and housing experts, produced the CDC-funded plan: Closing the Gap on SDOH Accelerator Plan; Housing is Health. The plan focuses on developing and implementing tools to help community health centers assist their patients with their housing challenges. Alison’s role at IPHCA is to implement the plan’s recommendations by developing effective housing services and programs IPHCA’s membership can put to use to serve their patients.
