Infant Mortality Brain Trust

This conference is designed to share successful strategies to State partners and other health centers that will help to decrease infant mortality and improve maternal health outcomes. It is recognized that there are several factors that contribute to infant mortality and poor maternal health outcomes. It is also recognized that Community Health Centers have ongoing initiatives that address at least one of the factors and are promising practices that other health centers may be able to replicate.
