Leading Quality and Transformation

As the landscape of health care continues to change, CHC leaders need perspective on how patient care and reimbursement models intersect and relate to each other. Understanding the role of leadership in creating a culture of quality to create meaningful transformation is essential as the healthcare community embraces technology to attempt to lower costs and improve outcomes. Health centers waiting until new laws or standards are implemented will find that they will spend more resources, and money catching up instead of leveraging the new tools to increase revenue, productivity, and positive outcomes.

 

Leading Quality and Transformation is a one-day executive leadership event designed to discuss the critical role leadership has in quality and transformation.

In the morning session leaders will work with their quality teams to discuss the value-based continuum, where their CHC lands on that continuum, where they should focus their efforts, and how this relates to the quadruple aim.

After lunch executives, will attend a special afternoon session to discuss essential questions, challenges and costs regarding quality programs. What is the leader’s role in value transformation? What does a culture of quality mean? How can you leverage resources of a network and embrace value-based technology?
