Jasynda Radanovich, MPH, MCHES, CPS is project manager of the education and training team at the Indiana Prevention Resource Center at Indiana University School of Public Health-Bloomington. She assess the needs of the behavioral health workforce to understand training topics of interest and need, training and resource platforms best for each audience (webinars, online courses, town hall meetings, conference presentations, working sessions, in-person training, newsletters, social media, prevention listserv) and strives to reduce barriers to workforce development including travel, cost and time. Ms. Radanovich facilitates adult learning in the following areas: substance abuse prevention, evidence-based curriculum, nationally recognized curricula, prevention science, ethics in prevention, drugs of abuse, coalition development, implementation strategies, and community needs assessment. Ms. Radanovich is also an instructor of Youth and Adult Mental Health First Aid and Question, Persuade, Refer Suicide Prevention Training and a trainer of trainers for Screening, Brief Intervention and Referral to Treatment and Communities That Care. She has experience as a technical assistance project officer, providing guidance and leadership to communities to interpret and prioritize data, build coalition capacity, plan for sustainability, select and implement evidence-based strategies with fidelity and overall compliance with state-funded contracts.  Ms. Radanovich also serves an adjunct faculty instructor for the School of Public Health-Bloomington and has taught since 2010. Ms. Radanovich is a Certified Prevention Specialist through the International Credentialing and Reciprocity Consortium and a Master Certified Health Education Specialist through the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, Inc.
