Social Determinants of Health Webinar Series

Topic: SDOH and Goodwill Nurse Family Partnership

Please join us at the next Social Determinants of Health Webinar series meeting via webinar on Thursday, May 7th at 11:00 AM (EST).  The Social Determinants of Health Webinar series provides a space for community organizations interested in addressing the social determinants of health(SDH) to come together to share information and ideas, learn about community programs currently addressing SDH, and engage in dialogue to form relationships with key players.

As we launch our 3rd year of the social determinants of health series, we will be highlighting vulnerable populations and how they are impacted by social determining factors. IPHCA is committed to working on reducing infant mortality in Indiana and will bring in speakers from the Children’s Bureau to discuss services and resources to maximize children’s support systems. This may include daycare vouchers, safe sleep, Shaken baby syndrome, and child abuse prevention.

The link to the webinar and call-in information will be sent to you once you have registered online at the IPHCA website.  We encourage you to share this message so that other community partners and staff at your organization may participate in the conversation as well. Please contact Jenny Walden, or (317) 983-6340 with any questions.
