Understanding the Need in the Community and Translating it Into a Responsive, Compliant Program

100 for members/ 200 non-members

Putting together a quality health center and successful funding proposal starts with understanding your community and then being able to translate that into a responsive, complaint program.  This session will focus on the fundamentals of the Health Center Program, (eligibility and requirements), how to approach a comprehensive needs assessment and translate that assessment into a health center program. An introduction to Health Center Program and an overview of recent New Access Point Funding Opportunity will also be provided.
