In an effort to assist health centers in addressing their MCE billing concerns, IPHCA is holding our next Quarterly Medicaid Claims and Operations Meeting on 9/25 at 10:00-12:00 Eastern Time with the MCEs and FSSA. IPHCA will host our meeting at Eskenazi’s conference room as the CPA Society is in the process of moving.

VENUE CHANGE!!

Eskenazi’s Address:
6940 N Michigan Rd

Indianapolis, In. 46202

If you have an MCE billing or operation concern and would like to have it addressed at this meeting, please populate the tracking tool (click here to access) and return it to dthomas@indianapca.org by September 4th. Please do not include PHI within the tool. If you populated this tool for last quarter’s meeting and the issue or concern is still outstanding, please put it back on the tool and note it as Q2. The “Example Tab” reflects a scenario where the fictitious health center’s “Same Day Billing” issue was not resolved since May’s meeting.  In this scenario, the old issue is noted as Q2 whereas the new issues should be populated as Q3.

As with last time, lunch will not be served and we are not requesting the MCEs or State make formal presentations. A call-in number will not be available as it is an in-person meeting only.
