Join IPHCA as the STAR2 Center discusses how to utilize your health centers Recruitment and Retention Data Profiles!

The STAR2 Center has created individual health center recruitment and retention Data Profiles. These profiles can help health centers to analyze their own data as it relates to recruitment and retention and compare your data to that reported by all health centers nationally

This Data Profile is meant to spark a self-assessment that can help health center staff determine where changes could be made to improve clinician workforce recruitment and retention in your organization. Health center staff have the opportunity to view grantee and service area information through a workforce lens to identify key strengths and potential challenges at an individual level, and understand trends at a national level.

This training will review these data profiles and assist health centers in utilizing the data within these profiles. Your CEO has your health center’s data profile. It is recommend that you obtain a copy of it for use during the webinar.

If you would like your Health Center Data Profiles resent, please contact Suzanne Speer or Maria Blake at the Star2 Center. They will send them to the CEO who may distribute them as appropriate.
