Wear Yellow Day

Why should we wear yellow on September 10th?  Every year on that day, the World Health Organization (WHO) collaborates with the International Association for Suicide Prevention (IASP) to support World Suicide Prevention Day (WSPD).  It aims to educate people on the signs and behavior associated with suicide and provides information on how to talk to someone who may be having suicidal ideation. According to the WHO, there are approximately 800,000 worldwide who die by suicide each year.
