Telehealth and Behavioral Health
Health Management Associates will conclude their consulting services with IQIN on telehealth optimization by the end of June. They will provide a final training session to all IPHCA CHCs and a few technical assistance sessions to IQIN participating health centers who completed telehealth assessment in January.

- Review home induction and monitoring
- Demonstrate patient engagement in individual and group sessions
