Operationalizing Telehealth for Quality Improvement
As quality improvement and performance measurement continue to evolve, it has become increasingly clear that telehealth is playing an expanding role in helping organizations such as FQHCs to gain higher performance. There have been several recent advancements in this space that will allow telehealth to be directly linked to pay-for-performance programs, CAHPS scores, and HEDIS performance metrics. This webinar will focus on providing an overview of how telehealth and quality intersect, how FQHCs can work to implement telehealth to advance quality scores and provide an overview of some of the key changes in telehealth quality over the past year.
Objectives:
- Provide an overview and strategic framework for what changes have occurred in the telemedicine space regarding quality metrics
- Give insight into new accreditation and recognition programs currently being built out in the telehealth space
