Focus on Quality: Transformation Series Webinar
In response to the spread of the Delta variant and new guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Focus on Quality this month will revisit the topic of responding to COVID-19. This will be an open forum discussing plans for identifying immunocompromised patients, booster doses, third doses, outreach, and testing.
Transitions of Care will be discussed at the October meeting.
