Becoming an IPHCA Corporate Partner

Most of Indiana's corporate citizens take a real interest in the well-being of the communities in which they do business.  This includes actively caring about the welfare of community residents who most need but can least afford quality health care for themselves and their families.

IPHCA takes Corporate Partner applications year-round from companies wishing to demonstrate to their communities that they are truly "good corporate citizens", as well as gain added exposure to Indiana's Community Health Centers. Corporate Partners also receive excellent benefits (see Application form below), including having both their logo/company information and a permanent link to their home page displayed on IPHCA's web site.
