Performance Reporting and Benchmarking

IPHCA has developed a unique "data warehouse" technology that allows Health Centers to electronically manage their operational, financial, and clinical performance.   This powerful technology is called COCKPIT – Performance Benchmarking Network for Community Health Centers, and it is now available to Centers across the country.

At the push of a button, data from a Health Center's practice management system and general ledger are securely transferred to the centralized COCKPIT data warehouse.  Health Center decision makers can then log in to COCKPIT using any Internet browser to see dashboards containing critical performance measures and to instantly produce important reports that would normally take several hours to generate.

There is now a convenient way to monitor performance over time and to compare it with that of other Health Centers across town, across the state, or across the nation.  Standard reports (such as UDS tables and provider productivity reports) are prepared automatically; this reduces time spent gathering information and enables staff to spend that time analyzing data and making decisions that will help Health Centers to actually improve.

All that's required to start using COCKPIT is a standard web browser.  Once a Health Center is connected to COCKPIT, it will continually receive the most dynamic analyses and reports available.
