Duties at IPHCA:
• Responsible to the Board of Directors, Association membership, and funding entities.
• Directs the organization to achieve its strategic goals of ensuring access to health care by the uninsured and underinsured
• Develops and manages both programs and staff to ensure the attainment of organizational goals
• Obtains necessary funding to sustain the organization
• Develops and maintains relationships and communications with appropriate private and public organizations
• Represents the Association and CHCs with regard to state and federal health policy, legislation and appropriations

Duties at IPHCA:
• Provides Technical Assistance relating to quality and clinical issues
• Serves as a direct information and knowledge resource on quality for community health centers
• Manages grant and contractual goals regarding quality improvement initiatives and requirements

Duties at IPHCA:
• Conducting Tri-County planning initiative in West Central Indiana.
• Available as a resource to staff and CHCs on past activities and/or issues

Duties at IPHCA:
• Financial and Budget Oversight and Reporting
• Human Resources & Benefits Administration
• Facilities Operations
• Corporate Insurance Oversight
• Grants & Contract Management
• Oversees IT Operations

Duties at IPHCA:
• Manages Shortage Designation work for Indiana
• Manages the Indiana J-1 Visa Waiver Program
• Manages the Indiana National Health Service Corps Program Recruitment and Retention Assistance Applications

Duties at IPHCA:
• Ensure that all CHCs have an emergency management plan
• Encourage CHC participation in state/federal/local meetings
• Ensure that IPHCA is incorporated in to the state and district efforts in order to fully assist the CHCs
• Provide EM technical assistance via website, conference calls, on-site training, newsletters to assist CHCs with emergency management efforts

Duties at IPHCA:
• Conduct assessments of CHCs, both federal and state-funded in accordance with accounting, programmatic and regulatory standards.
• Assists the CHC’s in the creation of goal-oriented plans and timelines to move towards resolution of weaknesses and development of strengths
• Coordinates with other team members in the development of overall goals and processes for improving and bringing positive public recognition to the CHCs

Duties at IPHCA:
• Monitors the grant procurement environment for funding opportunities
• Analyzes and recommends funding opportunities
• Writes proposals for IPHCA to foundations, government entities, and corporations

Duties at IPHCA:
• Monitor state and Federal policy issues impacting CHCs and communicate relevant information to IPHCA members
• Create and implement grassroots advocacy plan
• Research and interpret policies and statutes

Duties at IPHCA:
• Manages administrative functions that support the work of the President/CEO, DOO and organization
• Provides quality customer service to IPHCA’s Board, Committees, members, partners and visitors to ensure a positive reputation of IPHCA
• Contact person for the IPHCA website

Duties at IPHCA:
• Development, design and content updates for public website
• Small business server support
• Technical support for staff
• Serves as network and systems administrator

Duties at IPHCA:
• Recruitment and Retention of members
• Coordinates all training/conferences for IPHCA
• Produces promotional materials for conferences/trainings
• Monitors and provides website content for "members only" section of IPHCA’s website
• Collaborates with other primary care associations

Duties at IPHCA:
• AP and AR
• Payroll
• Facility Oversight
• Human Resources

Duties at IPHCA:
• Provide Administrative Support for CHC Services Team
• Assist members and non-members who call in to IPHCA
