How to Apply

Open enrollment for 2016 health insurance ended on January 31, 2016. You can still get health coverage or change your current health plan outside of the annual Open Enrollment Period if you have a qualifying life event like marriage, birth, or moving to a new area. Use this screening tool to see if you can get coverage through a special enrollment period. Watch the video below to learn about help paying for coverage, and use this calculator to find out if you’re eligible for a tax credit. You might be eligible for Medicaid, or an Indiana Health Coverage Program like HIP if your gross household income is below 138% of the federal poverty level (FPL). You can apply for Medicaid ANY time during the year -- click below to learn more.
