IPHCA is currently recruiting for the following full-time position:

The Executive Assistant reports to CEO.  The Executive Assistant manages complex administrative functions that support the work of the CEO and the organization. The Executive Assistant serves as the organization’s Corporate Compliance Officer and as such, oversees the administration of IPHCA's Corporate Compliance program. The Executive Assistant provides quality customer service to IPHCA's Board of Directors and Board Committees, IPHCA members, partners, and visitors to ensure a positive and professional reputation of IPHCA.  Primary responsibilities include: maintaining the CEO's schedule; booking travel arrangements; coordinating meetings and preparing meeting agendas and minutes; ensuring preparedness of CEO for meetings, trips, and presentations; drafting, proofreading, and finalizing documents as needed, including the organization's Year In Review publication to membership and partners; assisting with organization of special events and activities on behalf of the CEO; maintaining excellent interpersonal skills and fostering a positive, supportive relationship with staff, members, and the public; and managing multiple projects in collaboration with the CEO.


Bachelor’s degree is required; minimum of three years administrative/project management experience preferred.  The position also requires high-level proficiency in all Microsoft Office software; effective verbal and written communication, with an emphasis on listening and accurately documenting information received; ability to prioritize and organize tasks and time; ability to effectively communicate with a diverse customer group in a complex environment; demonstrated customer service orientation; ability to anticipate problems and utilize problem solving skills; ability to manage multiple projects in an organized and efficient manner; and basic understanding of budgeting practices.
